locations at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Many of these, such as
the award-winning California Grill, Jiko – The Cooking Place,
and Victoria & Albert’s, have been nationally
recognized for their excellent cuisine, exceptional chefs and experienced
staff.
Regardless of the kitchen, the Walt
Disney World® Resort maintains a commitment to use the freshest and
highest quality of ingredients. Working with exceptional chefs and an
experienced staff in a "back to the basics" environment ensures that each
Culinary Cast Member will gain the experience necessary to work at any of our
food and beverage locations.
New, full-time Culinary Cast Members will
be provided with many opportunities that inspire growth, and compensated based

Cooks/Chef
Assistants now receive a starting rate of $8.50 to $12.95 an hour based on
experience and skill.
