From character performers to dancers, greeters to technicians, Entertainment Cast Members at the Walt Disney World® Resort make dreams come true for Guests who are both young and young at heart.

Character Performers
Character Performers portray specific costumed character roles within a height range, perform meet and greets with our Guests, sign autographs and pose for photographs. Candidates must meet audition requirements and have the ability to meet movement and animation skill evaluations.

Character Performers receive a starting rate of $8.75/hour.

Auditions for Disney Character and Disney Look-A-Like Character roles are held bi-weekly.

Character Attendant
Character Attendant responsibilities include accompanying Character Performers during meet and greets, ensuring safety and show quality of performers, assisting Guests with requests, answering Guest questions and providing information.

Character Attendants receive a starting rate of $7.50/hour.
