With our 5 beaches, 10 marinas, more than 50 resort
pools and two water parks, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, we have everything from lazy
rivers to wave pools to make Guests' dreams come true.
Lifeguarding responsibilities include providing for
the well-being of Guests, keeping the pool areas clean, answering Guest
questions and providing information, and assisting in boat or towel rentals.
The role can also include positions in Slide Operations, Marina Operations, and
Pool Attendants.
After 90 days, lifeguards may be asked to work the
same role at different resort locations due to flexible deployment.
Certification training is provided and conducted over
three consecutive days, held on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday.

Lifeguards now
receive a starting rate of $7.95/hour for Shallow Water and $8.85/hour for Deep
Water.
