Vacation Planner

To provide an improved, more customized vacation experience for our Guests, the Walt Disney World® Resort offers numerous ticket options to meet the needs of every Guest. It is the primary goal of the Vacation Planner Host or Hostess to provide exceptional Guest Service while customizing a ticket option that is right for that Guest based on their individual needs.

The responsibilities of a Vacation Planner include operating a computerized ticketing system, offering Guests information about multiple ticket variations, cash handling, balancing a personal fund and handling Guest situations. Strong communication and listening skills and two full weeks of availability for training are also necessary. Vacation Planners may have the opportunity to work indoors or outdoors and, in some areas, provide audience control during parades.

Vacation Planners receive a starting rate of $7.35/hour to $8.10/hour.

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
